From room setup and staff briefing to guided walks within techum and fully catered Yom Tov meals — Wildly Kosher plans the halachic and practical details so guests can focus on the experience.
Each room at 18 On The Hill is equipped with a Shabbos lamp, cupboard light sensors are deactivated for Shabbos, staff are briefed on Shabbos requirements and a hot water urn is available throughout Shabbos. The same arrangements can be coordinated at external lodges.
Guided walks through Big Five territory can be arranged in advance, with routes available within the techum as well as longer walks for guests who choose that option. Guides are familiar with the halachic considerations and plan around Shabbos entry and exit times.
The lodge is enclosed by a secure perimeter fence that also keeps wildlife out of camp. Where required, a tzuras hapesach has been incorporated to facilitate an eruv reviewed by respected Rabbonim.
