About the owner

Kosher safari hospitality, done properly.

The bush has long been a place of healing, perspective and reconnection for Hilly. Wildly Kosher exists to share that experience with others: giving guests the chance to relax, reconnect and experience South Africa’s extraordinary wildlife without compromising their level of kashrut.

Baruch Hashem, Wildly Kosher has grown steadily and has had the privilege of hosting many wonderful guests, including respected Rabbonim. The service operates under the Johannesburg Beth Din — an important milestone as Wildly Kosher continues to reach more families and travellers.

The philosophy is simple: help guests feel welcome in the place they have chosen, make it kosher properly, and share the beauty of this remarkable country with warmth, care and love.
